Does anybody know the title of the music that's playing on the '2019 the year of the bladesmen' video?
 

Play it on one device and Shazam on another. Simples. I'll let you find out rather than post the tune now.
 
Nevermind... I'll just have to watch the video if I want to listen to it! 😁👍

Sounds similar to the soundtrack music Craig Armstrong produces....he specialises in emotive piano and strings....he does loads of stuff for film and tv.
That would be my best guess....now all I need to do is go on Apple Music and listen to every track he ever produced.

By the way....isn‘t that video beautiful..we should never forget the role our lesser players played....like Stearman, Dowell, Crainey and Madine. Thank you.

I watch it all the time! Honestly still get goosebumps when Bash's goal goes in and he runs off before the slide!... What a moment that was!! And yes you're right we should not forget those that have helped us along the way!

Agree I still get emotional seeing that Basham goal too.
The Basham goal at Leeds and the Duffy bounce killer goal are 2 incredible iconic moments.....up there with the best goals ever for me.

It was annoying me last night and found some similar tracks by searching "cinematic piano" in a few of the royalty-free music sites.

Yeah, maybe not, I think that vid is used in an advert at the mo. Defo sounds like him though.

That's a good tip, I'll try that.

Speaking "cinematic" piano, when I was a kid we had a piano at home, that my grandfather bought when the local cinema closed down. It was actually a "pianola" - like a piano but could also be used to play music rolls, you peddled it and it played itself! They used to use it in the cinema for the silent films back in the day.

What made it incredible was that us Blades are conditioned to near misses.....we often get close then just miss out.

At one stage in the Bristol City match I actually thought we’d clinched promotion....we were beating Bristol City whilst Leeds were losing at home to Millwall.
Then we went on to lose at the same time a Leeds made a come back to win.
After that game I virtually gave up and was preparing myself for the play-offs. Leeds fans knew they were practically promoted.
I was so convinced (almost knowing for a fact) we would reach the play-off final and lose.
So when we came back to win our remaining games with Leeds losing at Brentford and home to Wigan....I found it hard to take in.
Our promotion last and staying up with ease this season has exorcised so many ghosts supporting us for 40+ years.

Also its almost like some divine intervention has occured over the last 4 years....it’s verging on a miracle.

Sheffield Utd from bottom of league 1 to seriously challenging for the Champions league
Sheff Wed play-off final almost in the PL loaded with big money signings now facing a points deduction and possible relegation to league 1.

The swinging doors moments of us appointing Wilder and them losing to Hull in the final has been incredible.....hard to beleve.
My brother is a Wednesday fan and he’s totally dejected....he thinks SU haven‘t just won the inter city battle but SU might have also won the war.
 
The one I keep watching with all the goals is the promotion review..with music from david guetta and Sia (i am Titainium)...goose bumps....but the one on here just love Andy Gidds commentating...just seems right......
