Just watched his live press conference.

Asked about Sheffield United, states he’s been majorly impressed by us the most this season and as a coach likes to continue to learn and we are the team he’s learned from!, sights positional tactics, mentioned how we have developed from league 1 to prem and how difficult it was for his team last game.

High praise indeed.

"This is the team we can learn from" , thats next seasons manager sorted then

So Man City will start playing like us then I honestly don’t think it will work for them as it as for us I honestly think we are a one off and irrespective of other teams players quality I think it’s the fact that every player would run through a brick wall for Wilder and aren’t big time Charlie’s

A lot of manager's have said that before the game but then just set up to play us in their normal way.
Its as if they are too arrogant to think we will actually beat THEM with our system.
However, when it comes to the second time they play us, they take us a bit more seriously and put something in place to neutralise us - Like Klopp and Liverpool.
This will be an interesting test whether Pep really is an innovative coach, like Klopp, or just an old fraud like Pellagrini

He changed it around at the Etihad and made subtle changes to stop us getting forward from wide areas - pretty much took our threat away second half and they ran out fairly comfortable winners (which is fine, and expected).

Pep also said Bielsa is the best coach in the world. It’s nice that he acknowledges Wilder but let’s not suck his chorizo about it.

Nonsense.

I'd run through a brick wall for wilder, and I dont deserve to be anywhere near the team.

You don't compete like we have done for the last 3 and a half seasons just because the managers a really great guy and no one fancies themselves (which is debatable)

We have good players, that form a balanced team and fit into our excellent game plan to win games of football.

Can't wait for tomorrow night.

COYRAW FUCKING W

Yeah I meant within reason I’m not saying we’d be 7th with some random lads from the park just coz of Wilder but I’m saying in terms of ability city are light years ahead but with any other manager other than Wilder playing this system with these players we’d be probably in the relegation zone it’s all talk of course we will never find out

Dont get me wrong pal, not a pop at you.

I get fed up, a bit, of reading that we're a team that is greater than its parts, very well drilled, disciplined, benefitting from momentum etc etc.

Wake up folks.

If your players aren't capable of executing that, they're not as a good as our players.

He is learning things from Wilder, seen tactics/moves he has never seen before - what an idiot. What has this clown ever won?

I'll stick to listening to Garth Crooks - he sure knows his stuff

Not really a clown though is he?
He’s put together one of the best teams in the world.

😂 😂
What has he won?? You name it he’s won it!
Ridiculous post.

If you watch the pre match interview with Guardiola, the only time he gets animated is when he's asked about us. Genuine respect.

Yes I understand irony too
