CW's toughest job this season will be in January

I'm not too concerned about January as I don't see who would want to leave or for whom. So far under Wilder we've been resilient to bids for Fleck and O'Connell and interest in Baldock. Despite confirmed bids and interest none asked to leave.

I'm more excited to be honest. We're playing good football, we're in the top half and we have an outstanding manager. There will be fringe players sat on benches, who are better than our current players and not getting much game time, who'll be looking at us and asking their agents for a move.

We'll be an attractive prospect to join and there's another Mousset out there waiting to be signed.

I don't see anyone leaving but if they did I'm not worried ,under wilder everytime we've sold the squads been strengthened
Can't think of one player I'd rather have back than the ones that came in

There will be interest in our players, as there has been before. But I still think most of them will see a brighter future staying put with us in the PL. If money is a motivator then I can only imagine wages jumping up again significantly in most cases next season, assuming we stay up and with the knowledge that we will have 3 seasons of parachute payments to fall back on.

Chris might have a bigger job fending away offers for his own services, but as above, I think unless it is an astronomical offer, he will stay where he is loved, and still get rich.

Thought I'd bump this
Are you interested in anything else Blades related other than selling key players and signing players who aren't good enough?

Anyone would think we were in a relegation battle with how some are going off. Roll on 1st Feb when all the doom merchants crawl back under their rocks

I thought CW said we was only signing 2/3 players in January? It'll be 5! Wilder and the prince out.
