“At least there is no VAR in the Championship”

One positive of going back down Norwich👍

Norwich City , piggies in disguise ..............

“What makes it even more annoying is that Sheffield United are not particularly good. They don;t have better players than us they are just better drilled, dare I say it better coached and seem to have a hunger that our team has lost this season”
I think Roy cuts and pastes this comment in every week.

“It’s sad that Sheff Utd, the team that couldn’t keep pace with us last season, now look a much more Premier League outfit than we do. It’s the difference between spending a bit of cash on some signings to improve the squad, and spending next to nothing and accepting relegation from the first game onwards.”

Errrm, we put out 9 players who started nearly every game last season. One of the others was a squad player from last season who's risen to prominence, the other a £10mil signing (small change by Premier League standards), who had an off day.

So, what's their point exactly?

Cheers Roy , good to see finally some acknowledgement from them after last seasons we were lucky comments , expected the odd knob comment about us being a dirty side always think that’s a cheap dig when sides have been out battled , i still have to laugh at their comments re time wasting after what we saw from the Geordies on Thursday and their antics at The Lane 2 years ago probably the worst I had seen in 42 years of watching us

Apparently, that £10m is more than they've spent on their entire squad in fees.

Anyone know seriously why Norwich haven't spent on players?

It doesn't seem to make sense when 3 or 4 strong players would have helped cover injuries , form etc.

Are they paying off debt with the prem TV money or saving it for something special

Buendia cost £6.5m so I doubt that to be honest.

(Had to pay £5m more when they went up)

Cheers Roy. They’re a happy bunch aren’t they🤔🤣.
They’re paying the price for under investment after promotion!!. Fuck em. UTB ⚔️⚔️⚔️

“I’m seriously disillusioned with football.
All the playacting, the cheating...."

Aw bless. Shit when it happens to your tean ain't it

Some of them could just about bring themselves to damm us with faint praise I see.

bye Norwich it’s been emotional.

By emotional I mean fucking funny..😂😂

More like it after the last few weeks love in stuff. I didn’t see any trouble today either but it does appear to be there with this lot. Long journey made worthwhile. UTB

Farke moaning in post match presser that red card wasnt clear and obvious and Norwich dont get VAR decisions... Hhhmm lets just ignore blatent pen on bash

Ta Roy Always interesting. I've looked on Norwich as a bogey team over the years so delighted with the win. Admit my CWAK belief was wavering at 1445 especially following Thursday night. Don't matter what the canaries say United have the three points, onward and upwards.
I'm wearing my "stupid old git hat" as punishment for my laps of faith.

They are going back down to the Championship, still thinking they are Barcelona.........Silly deluded twats.

Paying off debt. They were close to bankruptcy before selling Madison. Prem money balances the books apparently. You'd have thought it would be smarter to spend a bit and get 2+ years in the land of milk and honey but there we go

Didn’t we actually gain on them towards the end of the season?

Thanks Roy! Ahh, some of those comments are deliciously rewarding!!
And why aren't Norwich beating teams like us and Southampton and Watford and all the other teams they think they've got a right to beat? Why aren't you Norwich??!!! WHY??!!!!
Oh yes, it's because they're better than you, and you're shit.
Glad we cleared that up for you Norwich...
I'm fucking loving this season!!!

Well we were able to bring on around £25m worth of subs, which helps. I think ‘not keeping pace with them’ is a bit of an exaggeration but they did finish above us last season and it’s not looking likely they will this season. Having the stronger squad we’ve developed by spending money has helped us to keep putting the first team out. Freeman, Robinson, McBurnie have all helped us get points.

Yes they’re paying off debts that they incurred when Hughton was manager, which were deferred and have accumulated interest.
