I agree with them about the ref - but not in the way they think. Those bookings were awful and what was so irritating is that he couldn't wait to get the book out for simple fouls by us but similar ones by them went unpunished.
The worst ref weve had all season I would say.

I think most of those comments were pretty fair, even the moaning ones. I also thought we looked tired towards the end, not surprising given the effort we put in & lets be right we really should have been 3 or 4 goals clear by the hour mark. We look so so dangerous when we break but we need to hit the back of the net more often, a bigger cushion would help a lot in the final phase when we inevitably tire.

Wolves fan here, fair result and both managers seem happy with the peformances and the outcome. Blades could and should have won and Wolves could have won as the game wore on. Baldock was incredibly lucky at the end, but I don't think you were cynical at all - most of those bookings were for mistimed tackles, rather than deliberately blocking off or pulling down an opponent like we get from Burnley and Bournemouth. I thought your central defenders played well and Egan kept popping up everywhere. Was also impressed by Mousset who led the line very well and brought the central midfielders into play such that you could easily have been 2 up in the first hour. Well drilled team and very good going forward as you have been for the last 12-18 months or so. Now 6th and 7th, may the good times continue.

We play some good stuff, mixed with some direct stuff. And unlike last year when we were often the less physical team, this year we have genuinely been the aggressors physically.

Saying that, fuck Wolves, orange twats. Never liked them. They've been good for 20 minutes and a high % of their fans think they are Barcelona.
