Seeing Nuhiu for Kosovo today got me thinking, has a United player ever been in a side playing against England (whilst being on United's books)?

Ched did a few years ago for Wales, around 2011ish

The late great Gary Speed is most obvious one.

RIP

Pretty sure the likes of Eddie Colquhoun & Dave Powell would have played against England in the Home International Championship

Also Flo & Nilsen for Norway. Have a vague recollection of Patrick Suffo playing against England, but not sure he was on our books at the time?

Keith Gillespie was in the Northern Ireland side that beat England.

Fjortoft, Trevor Hockey(wales) Gillespie(ireland) Dellas maybe, Jim Bone maybe, Jamie Ward NI............

We went to see England v Norway at Wembley.
It was rubbish. We were sat near some fans from either Spurs or Arsenal. They spent the 90mins booing either Arsenal players or someone like Anderton. Have never been to another international since. We only went due to the Blades connection.

Eddie Colquhoun's last Scotland game 5-0 defeat v England and at Hampdump.
Alec Forbes 1947 for Scotland v England.

Patrick Suffo for Cameroon in a pre-World cup friendly in 2002 in Japan, he was officially still a United player.

United players to play for Wales against England Joe Davies and John Jones (1895), Jones played twice more v England 1896 and 1897. Bob Evans played for Wales v England in 1910, then it was discovered he was born in Chester and played for England v Wales twice 1911 and 1912. William John v England 1936, Len Allchurch 1963, Gil Reece three times 1965, 1971 and 1972, David Powell 1969 and 1970, Trevor Hockey 1972 and 1973, and Chedwyn in 2011.

Northern Ireland players Keith Gillespie once 2005, Pat Boyle three times 1901, 02 and 04, Billy Gillespie 11 times (scored 7), the last of which was the last full international played at the Lane (so far) in 1930, also in that team was Jimmy Dunne. Alf Ringstead played two World Cup qualifying games v England for the the Republic in 1957 and Alan Kelly played in the abandoned game in 1995.

At B level Glyn Hodges played for Wales v England in 1991, Jim Brown played for Scotland under 23s v England in 1974 and at under 21 level Stephen Quinn played for the Republic v England 2007 and Tri Dellas played for Greece v England twice.
