I’ll tell you why grumpy, because having watched the Blades for over 50 years I left the ground thinking wow, this manager of ours is special and he’s emotionally and psychologically taken/taking us to places we could never ever dreamed of just over 3 years ago. Yesterday we played against one of the best Liverpool sides ever which compares equally if not better to the Euro Championship winning Liverpool sides of the 70’s, who are on a record breaking run of wins, who play beautiful football and, you could argue are one of the best domestic teams ever and, we left the ground feeling genuinely disappointed that we didn’t take at least something from the game! That’s a big moment in my eyes. Have you read read the Liverpool fans comments of the game?! So, as my thread starts, Absolutely fantastic!

One of the few rules though to save the owners having to spend their spare time tiding things up is to not start multiple threads on the same subject to save them having to merge things.

Listen Grumpy, I’m sure you will have viewed my stats and seen that i have posted on here less than a handful of times, so why hijack a thread that is sending out what I think is a positive message? I enjoy reading the posts on here but don’t have the time to read every single post on every single thread - you clearly do! So rather than alienate a new poster with your petty pedantic attitude why not try encouraging new posters because next time I won’t bother posting (and others like me won’t bother posting) if we feel some jobsworth is going to take the wind from our sails! Now stop treating this board as your precious little toy and go and do something less boring like dusting down your Lego set or changing the oil filter on your 4 stroke or even taking yourself off to the toilet to play with your winky, but in the mean time get off my case!
