Just few observations from the game on TV , first game I have missed this season, imo obviously back three tremendous although a mistake or two in basham midfield by far out of the three fleck outstanding baldock hardly a foot wrong Stevens good game but lost the ball cheaply in good positions strikers caused them problems all game unlucky in part but could do better hendo say no more well played blades and I'm with wilder he picks his best team

Watched the game in Madeira with a fellow blade a Rotherham fan and a Liverpool fan. His comments Liverpool were playing crap and at the end he was saying keep hold of the ball. Thought as on holiday he would be a bit more friendly. Living in Liverpool myself he didn’t present a good image of the city. Have had more banter over the internet with Liverpool supporters since the game.
There general feeling a draw would have been a fair result and we stopped LFC playing there normal game.

Watched game in Costa Blanca with another Blade & some scousers Adrian booked for time wasting seemed to say it all! Henderson will be a better goalkeeper for this - remember what hurts us but does does not kill us only makes us stronger! UTB

I said the same. Sharp has some weaknesses but finishing from close angle is his big strength. We missed him today.

That quote was often used by Gary Speed btw. It's absolute nonsense as well. What hurts us, but does not kill us, does not make us stronger actually, it has the opposite effect.
