Liars is a strong word, but they certainly don't tell the truth to us fans all the time

Totally agree that Mr Birch should be making a statement BB. He's the man now, lets get him on the record answering questions.

The thing is, as Blades fans, I think we're a relatively relaxed bunch, yeah we whinge and moan as its natural, but generally we're fairly easy to keep content and in our box. So its at times like these that we need to be reassured not with spin and rubbish, but with proper achievable targets.

Hopefully Linz will be able to filter through the questions and put them to McCabe or Birch and see where we're going

This may have got lost in one of the mega threads last night but Birch is doing a Q&A on Radio Sheff in the next week or so. They said they would announce it as soon as they know for definite so people could get questions in.

Some of the things they won't comment on purely because it keeps us in a stronger position not being public knowledge. We are no longer a PLC? so less has to be made public as such?

On the other point...

Unless Birch says exactly what people want to hear, then he'll also be labelled a liar or not trusted. Anything else will be classed as spin and lies in many peoples eyes.

Trevor Birch is a man with integrity...... he wudn't tell porkies..... he's not a 'yes man'.
