Am I right in saying that Scotland aren't even playing with a striker?

Why has he been thrown under a bus? If Jocks put 2&2 together and it makes 9 it's there problem , a 5 second video (taken out of context )and he's a traitor ? they need to get a life and find another scapegoat.
After tonight's match they will have plenty to choose from.
 
Well he was telling the truth Scotland really are shite ! VERY amateur from us though , I would suggest that they scrap this behind the Blades crap and get on with running a professional premier league club .

Logic says all interviews with players should be checked before release as phrases taken out of context is a common problem and can lead to situations blown up out of all proportion.

Agreed, but this wasn't an interview, it was background banter between players.
 



Can the Scots explain why arguably the best left back in world football (Robertson) is utter shite for Scotland?
Can they Scots explain why 40m Ryan Fraser is utter shite for Scotland?
Can they explain why the best Midfielder in Scottish football (McGregor) looks absolutely dog shite for Scotland?

They have a half decent side on paper, but there's something fundamentally wrong with their national setup at the moment and considering Rangers players have more or less been ostracised over the past decade or so, I'd hazard a guess that religion aint far away.

No it’s not a hard-lesson learned for the media team. There have been no repercussions for the media team as far as we know. There should be. The person who authorised the release of that clip should be fired. Because it has brought discredit to the player and our club.

But will they?

Probably not.

I definitely would. No matter who it was or how long they’d been there. That is gross negligence of duty.

In that case its fantastic news that you have no influence over it.

Everyone at the club, in every capacity, is still learning what being in the PL involves.

Which is why we need a television production team in place as opposed to giving the social media team more responsibilities as they are unprepared to deal with the task at hand and the level of scrutiny that goes along with it.

Plus the quality of the output would increase ten fold which I'm sure us fans would be happy about.

I wouldn't want him to catch a case of being absolutely fucking wank so it works in everyone's favour if he's not involved. Same for Fleck, if he could twat someone from the Scottish FA so he never gets called up again next time he visits family that'd be great.

How Scotland fans have the nerve, I watched them play Kazakhstan in November to support Fleck, it almost put me off football/ having eyeballs. Steven Naismith up front! Finished bottom of the fucking Scottish League! And they needed help from what I think was a work experience referee to win.

How can you say anything about anyone when you have 33 year old bottom of the SPFL Naismith up top?
 
If there's a worst striker in the EPL than Oli McBurnie I've yet to see him, he's absolute dug meat, someone had the nerve to compare him to Odsonne Edouard earlier today, just complete nonsense, I'd take Sam Cosgrove every single day of the week ahead of that big carthorse.

Scotland are broken.

They have good players, playing well at the highest levels in Europe. They can field a team that is easily and provably good enough to routinely qualify for tournaments. Nobody can tell me a team containing players like McGinn, Fraser, Robertson, Fleck, McTominay, Tierney, McBurnie shouldn't be better than, for example Finland, Ukraine, Turkey as examples?

...and yet they don't qualify. Whatever their problems are, it isn't McBurnie's that they can't provide the environment for that talent to flourish in the same way it does at club level.
