McBurnie for me, in our games against Swansea he was a pain in the arse to our defenders. The only other striker to do that was the lad from Bristol Diedhiou but his goal scoring record is fairly poor, he did put himself about well though.

Would have preferred McBurnie but it's getting a bit tedious, nowthat we appear to be signing a French lad from BMuff, perhaps it's a precursor to another French lad from Brentford, to help him settle.

Maupay

As it stands we don't have any direct competition for Billy, whereas we already have Robinson and Morrison (and maybe Mousset if the rumours are to be believed) who could play that McGoldrick role running with the ball, the very role McBurnie would be suited to playing.

On the other hand McBurnie offers a serious aerial threat that we might be lacking and considering the number of crosses we get in and Norwood's dead ball delivery, he could prove a very lethal "Hulse-like" threat in the PL.

Oh I don't know anymore! It's too difficult to choose

Given that we are signing Mousett. I have to say Mcburnie, Maupay is similar to Mousett

I wonder how many have been put off by the rumours that the Maupay deal is on hold while he/his agent tries to make as much money as possible.

I also wonder whether the Mousset news is at least partly trying to indicate to Maupay that we have other irons in the fire and we won't wait around for him all summer.

As for McB - at least the news that Swansea have turned down 15m indicates some clear actions. Is he worth more? I don't know. Would I be happy if we signed either? Yep!

If we looked more like getting Maupay I guarantee you those results would be reversed...
Mcburnie and definitely not for that reason. I've wanted this lad (and Fer) since the day we went up

Getting McBurnie would only put us in a better position to get Fer, as they seem to be good mates ❤

McB for me, also think he would be way more useful defending corners/free kicks which is a concern to me seeing the size/physicality of yer average PL player and the likely number we’re going to have to deal with.

Nail your colours to the mast.

Who would you prefer?
Can't see us signing both now we look like signing Mousset as it would mean an overload in forward areas, but I definitely see us signing one. Reports of a rejected bid for McBurnie yesterday, RC and other ITK's say we have an agreed fee with Brentford for Maupay but it's down to the player now... But who should we choose if we are only to sign one?

I was camp Maupay for quite a while but now we look like putting some serious pace upfront I think Oli's physical presence, height and goalscoring touch will come in very handy.
It's a hard choice but after much deliberation I'm in camp McBurnie.

Mcburnie for me. Don’t see it happening though as Swansea are playing silly beggars thinking they’re going to get about 20 million+ for him🙄. UTB ⚔️⚔️

Thought Maupay looked nailed on and Mcburnie making all the noises like he was staying but it seems to have turned completely around.
Maupay looks like rejecting us for an extra 10p and Mcburnie getting used to the idea of joining us.
Strange world
