Yep, walked further on to that new big arcade to look at the funicular railway. Was shocked to see the flat tarmac covered hole in the cliff where the theatre used to be, I thought they had saved it.
Also bought a fishing net for £1.99, £5 in garden centres for pond at home

I’m old enough to remember hiring one of these changing tent things which always smelled fusty and I always managed to get sand in my pants when getting out of my wet trunks no matter how carefully I tried not to.

Haha, yes we got in nice and early, as usual people were queuing by 1130am. Love the choice of fish there although if I was pushed I’d go for Browns at Filey over the Magpie and Inghams for the best Chippy award...have to be eaten out on the prom though for best results.
