I dunno I quite like the outrage this one surely brings.

It becomes a non-issue if you don't follow fools who support HRH.

Hope some put him straight, "Couldn't have gone up without Osamas dad".

Thread title amended to be more descriptive

Probably sat down with his old school pals on Sunday afternoon down the The Crossed Scimitars in Riyadh and whilst having the craic, asked his mates to tweet something positive on Twitter. You’d do the same I expect.

Find it strange how some people are convinced that McCabe is good for the club where as the Prince is bad for the club.
When no one can predict the future so no one knows what’s in store.

Suppose under McCabe things would stay the same as now.
He says he has interest from potential buyers but he’s been saying that for years and he’s still failed to sell the club.

Regards the Prince, it’s stepping into the unknown, he has no loyalties to Sheffield or the club, so will probably be a more selfish out of touch owner.
However the Prince might have better contacts and sell us for a big profit to very ambitious new owners so we go on to achieve more success.

Would prefer McCabe to win but that’s more about familiarity. It’s possible we will progress more if the Prince wins the battle. Who knows?

People chat shit on twitter.

Imagine my shock.

Just depends on who you follow.
I follow those who can help with my further learning of subjects that I have an interest in way beyond football / SUFC.

To many folks, ''better the devil you know'' is the philosophy, in this case it seems to some that both are ''devils'',
I'll just wait patiently and see.

McCabe has more charisma than the Prince and does come across as a honest/ decent genuine Blade. I do like him.

Then you think how he’s said very similar positive/ ambitious things many times over the years and usually they seem to have been false promises.

It’s not gone unnoticed that at the start of this court room battle he’s decided to go to press about potential buyers, deliberately raising support.
Personally I’m not raising my hopes about potential buyers as McCabe has said this type of thing before and nothing happened.

Slightly dramatic phrasing but essentially correct isn't it.

When he took over half the club we'd just finished our 2nd season in league 1. He then helped to fund the clough years and has continued to support the funding that has been given. It is clear that Kev wouldn't have been able to do this on this on his own.

Personally, I don't see any point in demonising this guy

The Prince went down in my estimation when he thought he was going to pay for the club out of it's revenue (somebody correct me if I have that wrong) but I wasn't over happy that McCabe tried to oust him when it appeared the prince was struggling for cash. I don't think there is any doubt both are wanting to sell, I hope the next owner has a bit more integrity about him.

There simply can't be any bagsomoneh Blades. Not even a few wealthy and willing enough to go into a joint venture, otherwise the club wouldn't be in this situation.
I'm really concerned that a non fan takes control and treats us as a subbuteo game.

That’s exactly what will happen. If we’re lucky. The alternative is some US based consortium who are in it solely to make money.
