Well Basham and Sharp were asking for them to be thrown o to the bus. They obviously meant unopened ones.

Maybe the guy missed the memo.

Basham opened at least 2 when I was next to it.

Without wanting to be a killjoy, tonight was fantastic except for the idiot element who threw smoke bombs into the crowd (one which hit a terrified youngster) and the moron who threw a full can of lager that smashed into an innocent blokes face. That could have been a child. I’d never want to stop the younger fans having fun but for fucks sake I wish they’d try putting their brains into gear occasionally

There were some utter twats in attendance tonight. Trying to squeeze as close to the front as possible, no matter who they were barging about. Spent most of the evening shielding a little kid with his Mum, he was absolutely shitting it.

To be fair it really can't be at the town hall again if we win something, it's too narrow a space, with people cramming in from multiple angles.

Not keen to have a go at our fans at all I saw the tweet and posted on here I only got snippets of the bus on sky sports news I didn’t see Sharp or any other player ask them to throw some onto the bus lazy post yes do I regret it NO now I know the reason behind it I understand what happened

Used smoke bombs thrown - from the group of 50/60 13/14/15/16 year olds directly in front of the stage about three quarters of the way back.

One hit a child and caused some element of burning according to the parent - but unseen by me.

The second one that was thrown caused about 4 or 5 older people to wade back and into the young kids.

None more were thrown but this was near the end of the evening.

All in all, perhaps 50+ flares in total - 48 which were probably dropped on the floor, but two thrown.

But once again - why throw the flares.
