Just got to say how proud I am to be a part of this football team. I have felt so much euphoria in my life!!
I first became a blade when I got took to see United play hull in the FA Cup semi final at Wemble. Prior to that I had zero interest in football and was forced to go by my uncle. I know we lost 5-3 but what a day out that was. I have no idea why but I just ended up getting stuck wanting to see more of United so I ended up attending a dozen games the next season.
But then came the Adkins season. This was the season that defined me as a blade through and through. But you know what despite the shit football, shit manager and a fair few wank players I still cheered them on and I felt like I was a blade the emotions was just there and it hurt like fuck with how shit we was doing.
Then came Wilder, what a first season it was. Him and the rest of the lads brought that heart, that togetherness and I have not felt different ever since. Yeah the last half of last season was disheartening in some comfort but what a first season in the mighty la liga 2.
This season I witnessed something special us as fans, them players and that manager. I felt that we was as one. I have never felt like this in my life. I just want to say a huge thank you to all of you, the players and the staff for making me feel like I'm part of one huge family, you have no idea how the past 5 years has made me feel and changed my life forever.
Hope you all have a fantastic day and summer let's see what the premier season brings! UP THE BLADES
