Derby games next season?

Jammy Wednesday bastards get to play probably Donny, Dingles Weeds, Dull and udders.

I suppose we'll have to put up with partial Derbies against Manchester United and Manchester City........oh well, never mind.

We only have one derby.

Despite a fantastic, massive late surge for the play-offs they didn't make it. I'm sure you're all as devastated as me that we haven't got a derby next season. They will be missing out on another 0-0 win, so they must be gutted.

The Premier League is obvously skewed towards the north west and the south east.

Wolves and Leicester give it a bit of balance in the middle.

It's interesting is the West Midlands. Villa see Birmingham as their derby and vice versa, neither seem to have the same regard for West Brom, though that might have changed in recent years. Wolves and Coventry don't have rivals to be classed as a derby and Walsall don't matter enough to any of them.

I'd forgotten about them two. Historically it was always a derby, but the great disparity in success and wealth has watered it down.

Villa v Birmingham is the Birmingham Derby, although West Brom is as close to Villa park as Birmingham City is, West Brom is also much closer to Villa than it is to Wolverhampton

I think the media are in a bit of a quandary, they want dirty Leeds in there obviously, but now they've blown the autos, they're potentially up against Frank Lampard's Derby and my God, would they love him, sorry, them, no him, back in the Prem.

I think whoever wins the Villa/WBA game should do it, Leeds have too much baggage and have already shown they can't cope with the pressure and FLD aren't good enough, although never say never in the play-offs.
