Us poor fuckers are left with no derby games next season.
Jammy Wednesday bastards get to play probably Donny, Dingles Weeds, Dull and udders.

I suppose we'll have to put up with partial Derbies against Manchester United and Manchester City........oh well, never mind.

I guess our closest "local" Derby will be Burnley next season?

Newcastle and us flying the flag for the North East (unless Leeds come up through the play-offs).

The Premier League is obvously skewed towards the north west and the south east.

Wolves and Leicester give it a bit of balance in the middle.

We might be the only club flying the flag for Yorkshire next season.

We had this discussion after the match on Saturday, our closest match assuming Leeds don't go up is Manchester City, quite a derby ;)

Could draw a lower league team in the FA Cup? Eg Rotherham or Barno? could even draw a minnow such as Sheffield FC or that other team that play on the grounds of a pig sty?

Tbh and I will be sent to hell , I wish ourselves and weeds would have got the autos and our noisy neighbors the play offs

I'm no good at geography but I think both Manchester clubs are nearer than Burnley :)

There are actually very few 'derby' games in English football. But I am astounded how many new ones have appeared since 1992.

Us v Them
Man City v Man Utd
Liverpool v Everton
Bristol City v Bristol Rovers
Villa v Birmingham
Arsenal v Spurs
West Ham v Millwall
QPR v Brentford
Forest v County

That for me is about it, but the Sky generation now seem to think there are hundreds of these things. Yes, there's fierce rivals like Liverpool and Man Utd, but it isn't a derby. Neither is us and the dirties, or Barnsley or Rovrum or Donny.

Don't believe the hype kids!

Villa v Birmingham v westbrom?

Villa v Birmingham v westbrom?

It's interesting is the West Midlands. Villa see Birmingham as their derby and vice versa, neither seem to have the same regard for West Brom, though that might have changed in recent years. Wolves and Coventry don't have rivals to be classed as a derby and Walsall don't matter enough to any of them.

Derby games? Only if Franky boy gets them up through the play offs ;)

I’d add Chelsea v Fulham to the list.

Wolves v West Brom is the Black Country Derby
Villa v Birmingham is the Birmingham Derby, although West Brom is as close to Villa park as Birmingham City is, West Brom is also much closer to Villa than it is to Wolverhampton

Very much doubt it. Dirty Corrupt Cheating Leeds have hit the wall. Nobody is tipping WBA. Them or Villa for me. Or maybe Derby.
I think the media are in a bit of a quandary, they want dirty Leeds in there obviously, but now they've blown the autos, they're potentially up against Frank Lampard's Derby and my God, would they love him, sorry, them, no him, back in the Prem.

I think whoever wins the Villa/WBA game should do it, Leeds have too much baggage and have already shown they can't cope with the pressure and FLD aren't good enough, although never say never in the play-offs.
