Very well done boys, a much deserved promotion. Due to my own teams complete failure to compete in games anymore i've had the most enjoyment (sadly yes) watching you best the knuckledraggers from bellend road these last few weeks. I first posted on here following our victory over Weds in the playoffs, nice of you to return the favour now.
Bit of advice if I may for you as fans. Just enjoy every moment. The premier league is scarily high standard. I never truly realised the gulf until Town were in it. Players from our own promotion campaign who I thought would be pushing on for national squads looked out of their depth. The enjoyment has been well and truly sucked out this season for me and i'm desperate for the season to end just so I can see my team be competitive again. Difference between this season and last at Town, the level of togetherness. We were all so invested in last season, the players, manager, owner and fans were all on the same page. It made the difference when on paper we should have gone straight back down. We lost that this season. You'll need it. There'll be times when you may go games without seeing a goal, but all you can do is stick with it. Stick by your manager in the worst of runs. Last season our fans stood by Wagner through tough periods, this season they didn't. Last season the togetherness saw us get incredible results away to City and Chelsea to survive. This season the complete lack of it will see us go down as one of the worst ever.
To some up before I keep waffling on, stick by Wilder. You've got a special one there and you need to keep him.
