I've not seen the videos, but there were three lads up there at the same time before him who bounced & jumped off, and I think he was just trying to do the same. Unlucky that it gave way when it did.

No mate, the NHS isn't at breaking point due to blokes falling through bus stops. It is known as a 'cut' - the government reduces the budget (in real terms) of a service.
