If we get promoted, then get relegated. Who would you like to see stay that we haven't signed yet?

Personally I think we should hang on to Bowen. He didn’t have a great season but look at that goal against Manchester City, the guy has class and pace. I think McClaren will be able to turn him around. He’s proved he can get goals in the championship and as we are “cutting cloth accordingly” after relegation we will struggle to find a replacement as good as him.

I'm just sick and tired of us signing players we haven't yet signed only to sell them for less than others clubs that haven't signed them might sell them for if they sold players for less than their market value had they signed them.

Totally agree. Chansiri ahht !

To be honest though, this whole conversation is a bit premature given that we aren't up yet even though we're really close to it and we're a bit good and Ispwich are utter garbage although in spite of that we need to keep our feet on the ground because it's the Championship and every team can beat every other team but they probably won't because actually the table reflects that much more often than not the better team wins and it's likely confirmation bias that when people see the occasional weird result they make a big deal of it and say "Anybody can beat anybody in the Championship" and forget about the dozen routine wins that weekend so we really should be confident of promotion this weekend whilst remembering that it isn't a given and it won't even be official unless we beat Ipswich and then the next day Leeds fail to beat Aston Villa who are in very good form at the moment.

Was just about to post exactly the same thing!
