But for some reason unbeknownst to me I was completely confident from minute 1 yesterday. The players looked like they had a new lease of life, and they knew what they needed to do and how they were going to do it. Completely focused on the job in hand and never looked in trouble.

It seems since Chris' very public dressing down post Millwall they've reverted to type, and just in time. It felt like a formality and we were in complete control. Fleck, Stevens, Baldock, Duffy and obviously McGoldrick in particular were all unbelievable yesterday and Scott Hogan set the tone with his brilliant high pressing.

What a fucking achievement, what a management team, what a squad. I love them all from 1 to 39 (yes, even you Marvin...)

One of the many many enjoyable things about this season is that we have ALWAYS responded well to adversity - only lost two in a row right at the start, and only once have we gone more than two games without a win (Forest - Pigs - Rotherham in November)

I felt the same before the Forest match too. It's the same feeling I had towards the end of the promotion season, just never felt like we would lose.

It's really strange. I can't tell you why I felt like it because I have no idea why I did. But I did.

From what I can tell it seems to stem back to the 70's. Must have been a few coming togethers I guess?

I am sure a few on here confirm the reason behind it.
