COME ON then. Leeds United, big game in the race for promotion, what's not to love.

But how long ago was such a big league game, for either side?

Well if you are going to say that it is more important to beat your promotion rival than any other team, then it was the home game against Leeds. It's only our perception that this one is more important than the last one. Or at least it's only because it is clearer to us now than it was then.

Think the Wigan game is the one as it was shy or bust. Did we get to a play off final after that ? Burnley maybe ? Those two were far bigger due to the fact that when the whistle went, it ended the season one way or another.

I know where your coming from though and this is as big a game as it gets for years, proper 6 pointer, ok 8 games left afterwards, so the result does not ultimately define the season, but I do think if we lose it will be extremely hard to claw back the points. It’d probably require 7 wins for 8 to get in with a shout.

Definitely the Burnley playoff final, although the league 1 playoff final was also huge in terms of our immediate - short term destiny

In terms of this game, I think the question of who is under the most pressure can be equally argued for both teams.

They are the home team, the favourites and will be desperate to try and put clear daylight between us.

We on the other hand won't want to slip any further behind, but if we do find ourselves 5 points behind them at 2.30 tomorrow then we still have 8 games to try and pull it back. Should we then fall further behind we just have more time to accept and prepare for the playoffs.

All that being said, I wouldn't be at all surprised if this plays out to a draw.

We'll probably play brilliant and win 17-0 at Stoke and then one of the other two will get a last minute goal to push us down to third
