Curious as to what the popular opinion is.

Sharp. Just because of what he has done for us basically won us league 1 and then is playing a massive part in getting us to the prem. Fair enough the service has to be there for him but he just keeps putting them away. Give him a chance and I'd fancy him putting it away 9 times out of 10.

All of them, they all have their jobs to do and they all do them remarkably well which makes everybody's job easier, we used to struggle with injuries and suspensions, but now every player in the squad is as reliable as the player with the first team shirt

Someone asked me this the other day and I said Norwood, then changed my mind between Duffy, Sharp, Fleck, Egan, JOC etc etc. You get my point. Truth is we have a very good group of players, each one as important and valuable as the next.

Toughest it's ever been in my experience. I can't really recall a team where so many play so well in the role they have. Choosing between O'Connell, Duffy, Sharp etc is like asking which supermodel you'd prefer to shag!

Given their age, ability etc, I would say JOC is probably our biggest asset if that answers the question

Norwood would be replaced by Coutts, think Fleck would be replaced by Basham or Lundstram. I think it's a bigger drop in quality in the second case.
