when / if we hit the prem fixtures how many will be caught out by our devil may care approach
I can see it dumbfounding a few
no one can really suss it out as we see it every week and it baffles me
But it works well in the championship
Teams need a new angle to catch out other teams
we certainly have that

One thing is for sure, Wilder wouldn't tackle away games at Brighton, Watford, Bournemouth, Newcastle etc with 11 men behind the ball for 90 mins like Warnock did.

We’re not even close to being up. Still a quarter of the season to go.

If, IF we manage to go up, I think we'd need far better players to continue with the current style.
Losing possession high up the pitch (not just by carelessness, but by being pressed and tackled by better opponents) I think we would get punished far more, again by better players who can take advantage. More pace, better passers, better finishers. The thought's a bit scary tbh!

Considering most Prem teams are full of petulant wankers only there for the money, I think we'll catch quite a few by surprise.

If we go up that is. Touch wood, cross my heart and hope to die, glass half empty, football gods please ignore etc.

Wondered about this, to be honest you would expect Wilder to change his style, concentrating more on defence with the occasional counter attack. Something like the West Brom 2nd half.

However it’s possible that Wilder has that Brian Clough factor and can attack the PL making a mockery of football theory.

Let’s finish this season first , and enjoy it ,
we’ve progressed over the 3 years since Sir Chris took over ,
Champions , in league 1,
Consolidation in the league above , finished 10th looks like top 6 and playoffs this season ,
One game at a time Blades , let’s walk before we run
Don’t let’s get like the other lot

Seeing as its a hypothetical question there's no harm in discussing it, I mean it is a forum after all. My view is that the teams in the present division are more savvy with the way we play so I reckon we would surprise a few. It wouldn't take long for the Premiership to cotton on though so I think we might get a re-run of 1971 where we get off to a flyer then get bogged down through lack of depth in quality.

He’ll change it again when we get to the Prem. They’ll all join hands and rush at the opposition in a giant hokey-cokey!

The opposition managers will be caught out as they spend far too much time searching out our key, highly skilled, dangerous foreign players.

If Wilder doesn’t win the champions league next season I want a statement from the club explaining why and a full refund.
The explanation will possibly be that you have to finish in the premier league top four, and then you can have a go the season after.

He definitely wouldn’t go to Old Trafford, Anfield and Emirates and say before hand that “there’s nothing here for us”

Christ on a bike.
Do you ever live on planet earth or just spend your life inviting just deserts.
How about posting about the next game rather than the sort of shit pig's post.

Reasonable question I thought.
Someone's going to go up. It might be us, so why not consider what might happen if we do?

Don’t you need to get promoted first?
