Heard from two different people (who usually are spot on with info) that we are only getting 1500 tickets for Swillsborough. Both say they’ll be lower tier only, but I can’t se SYP agreeing to that seen as there’s no nets like at the Lane

£50 a ticket, probably won't bother going to the shithole.

Don't know how must say us or the pigs get these days in terms of ticket allocations for derby matches, but I'm sure SYP have had thier say.

1500 away fans to police, and is guess pubs in town are banned from showing the match.

It's only a matter of time until away fans are banned altogether for these 'high profile' games.

If that's the case,
"Shoreham ere, Shoreham there..."

Rumour has it that the Pigs pushing for £50/60 per ticket too, which is why there is still no news of them going on sale. Written to the EFL to request.

It that's true it's fucking scandalous.

Prem league just voted to cap all away tickets at £30 and have had it capped for a whole now.

If the pigs are trying to charge above £50, we need to find out what the likes of Leeds fans were charged and if it's more, then surely they can't get away with it? It bet they might be the most expensive tickets ever charged for an away league match in England.

Absolutely horrible shitty club, I fucking despise them.

Surely the piggies can’t get away with charging £50/60 a ticket???.
If they have written to the EFL for permission. I hope it gets refused!!!.
1500 tickets means I’d have Naff all chance of going anyway!!!. Absolute bollox.
Can’t stand the club and despise their fans. Fuck em all. UTB

Can't see the 1500 bit being right, but I think they'll charge £50-£60 if they can get away with it

They'll try to take advantage of us doing well and our fans being willing to pay anything to see the game

They'll make more money by giving us the entire Leppings Lane End, at least they might come close to a sell out and not have thousands of empty seats for a Sheffield Derby

It’s against the rule so can’t happen.
Home fans MUST be charged exactly the same in similar part of the ground.

So they must be planning to also charge home as well as away fans £50+, maybe there’s some kind of deal attached.
However can’t see it, don’t think Chancer is that stupid.

Last visit was Davison day. An idea is to boycott that outbreak of ferrous oxide, but that would not be fair on our beloved Blades.

If they only give us 1500 tickets they will look like utter cowards and make themselves a laughing stock. By charging £50-60 on top of this they will come out of it even worse.

I can imagine all of the local [even the stir] and a lot national press having a bit of field day too. We are very highly thought of now by the majority of neutral journalists, partly because of how we manage our own finances and down to the football we play. This fixture is still regarded as a huge game in most circles too and Old Chanser is also a bit of a comedy figure now, with how badly he has mismanaged them.

This would not look good for them at all.

Stretch their chairman isn't bothered about how it looks he's bothered about maximising revenue. This 'new deal' he's come up with is ample evidence of that.

If he charges us 50 quid he knows we will still sell all our tickets. However he could end up with egg on his face as they won't sell all theirs on the kip with it being live on TV

Yeah that's partly what I was getting at when I mentioned how they will come across. It won't look good.
As you say though he is no doubt too arrogant to care as will the hordes of deluded who back him up.

If they charge anything like that I hope we cost them more in damage to their ground. Filthy cunts.

Haven't been since St Bobby Day. No interest in going since, certainly none in the future. Horrible ground, club with despicable attitudes and actions at times. That need to see a Sheffield derby there has been satisfied, so they don't get another penny from me.

The £60 thing sounds like bluster, but you wouldn't put it past them would you ?

PR has never been Chansiri’s strong point

If the proce is above 50 quid. The only way the message will/could get thrpugh is a 100% boycott. This won't happen though as bolton prooved a few years ago.

If the charge us 50 odd quid and sell put the allocation then they'll continue to bend us over.

I haven't been for years due to pts ruling me out (no gripe). So I'd miss put regardless. But i wouldn't pay 50 odd quid to get asbestos poisoning.

Clearly Chancers desperate to balance the books after his financial speculative disaster.
If he does try and rip us off then one word BOYCOTT! - hit him where it hurts
