Wilder is to blame for that.

FFS. Flaky keeping and one of our most consistently solid players for 2 5 years making a complete balls up of a clearance.

Player's heads went. Nothing to do with Wilder.

Bullshit , he gave them the i initiative to press and fuck us which they did.. we put green players on the pitch to coast home.. all wilders fault, all the ficking lot..

Down to Henderson. But he’s young and will make mistakes. Not the keeper for a promotion chasing team in the Championship, far too naive, similar to the Leeds game and the L1 play off final last season, arrogance beyond his ability.
Disagree with the ability comment. Hands down one of the best keepers in the league. That's not even up for a debate. More potential in his left foot than most of the keepers in the league. Fact. A hard thud to reality is what he needs. And thankfully. He's got that today rather than later where the points could REALLY be essential.

I fucking disagree.

Inserted the 'fucking' for effect.

could be his fault bringing martin cranie on and defending it but we was 3-0 up at the time so can't say it's his fault. Hnederson should be dropped i'm afraid Moore should be given a chance now. The fucking points we have dropped is disgraceful

Don’t disagree at all on the potential ability but the arrogance should come after he’s achieved a lot more than he has. Needs to settle down a lot.

Right, subs.

Madine for McG? Madine tiring and McG better at holding the ball up, McG also better at the defensive side, tracking back and marking
Dowell for Cranie - Tactical - Pushing Basham into midfield and making us more solid and giving us more legs in there
Sharp for Washington - Fresh legs to make runs into the corners and chase their defenders down

All 3 changes make perfect sense. They would have scored zero goals without us making individual errors.
Madine was ficking great tonight , and fresher than mcgoldrick, it’s the other wankers, when don’t you replace dowell with Duffy ?

Answers on a fucking postcard

Dowell was finding all sorts of space so why take him off for Cranie?

Teams usually set up more solid when 3-0 up, always have done. Wilder used to get crucified for always going on the attack and surrendering leads as well.

He's young, one of the best talents of the premier League and future England keeper. He's achieved more in a short space of time than many keepers in the league. Arrogance is part of his game. It's what makes a good keeper. Confidence is key.

If Coutts had been there maybe him on for Dowell might have made a difference- we just seemed to spend the last 10 minutes giving them the ball back. Then again, he’s hardly set the world alight recently and we didnt have the option anyway (is he still ill?).

100% agreed with McG on for Madine at the time and at 3-0 I was also fine with Washy in to run the clock down and rest Billy for Weds.

Individual errors and Villa and their multi million pound squad with the bit between their teeth. Massive kick in the bollocks, but we take our point and our medicine and learn from it.

And have a big drink.

What’s your take on what he cost us tonight? Keepers hit their peak in their late 20s/early 30s for a reason. Henderson demonstrated that tonight.

Hendo, O'Connell directly to blame.
Others could have helped by keeping their heads.

Not Wilders fault he's in the dugout.

We go again Wednesday night

Do you think he wasn’t taking the piss? Because the quality they have was negated by our first team, after he handed them the initiative the went for us. Sharp stays on its 3/1 at best, we handed it then, you just want a scapegoat cause you won’t accept it.. sucks to be you !

I don't get why Wilder is to blame for his subs. At 3-0 I thought it was wise to out Cranie on to see our the game. It was individual mistakes, not substitutions that was the problem.

Errr, which points are more “essential” than those? It all adds up at the end the season and we just pissed away 2
