Great video, nothing really surprising, but the sense of camaraderie throughout is as clear as day. It makes you realise just how much we don't see, or are aware of, that goes on behind the scenes. Nice scene when Wilder and the opposition's lot are waiting to hand team selections to the referee. Lots of good humour and banter, and as I say, the team ethos that CW has built at United is first rate.

Norwood was interviewed the other week, think we might have been going through a rocky spell and he said

‘I know it’s a cliche but this is honestly the best dressing room team spirit I’ve ever been involved with during my career”.

It's almost tangible, the desire to work for each other, put themselves on the line for a team-mate, and there was a brief clip in the video during the game of the players dispossessing a QPR player as JOC fell over. That sort of attitude is contagious and you can sense that the players know what's ahead of them if they continue to work hard.
 
About time the club did some decent YouTube content. Interviews filmed on cameraphones, go-pros fixed in the goalmouths and highlights absent of commentary are pretty tin-pot.

Just watch the goal again. How on earth could QPR have stopped that? It was impossible for them to mark our players. We were buzzing around like a buzzy buzzy thing and led them a merry dance. Terrific movement and energy from the lads.

Exactly. Hope there are more in the pipeline. It just helps to keep the strong connection between club, management, players and the fans.

notice how loud it is when the players are walking around at the end, that when half the stands are empty. imagine how loud it is at pitch level when its full and rocking. the more i see things like this vid, the more it sinks in how we must get behind the lads as much as possible and shove them over that finishing line .
 



Made an old cynic a little bit teary eyed did that. I feel like I'm in love all over again.!
