Was going to comment on the Steve Hodge thread but then couldn’t be arsed.

Anybody who isn’t a Blade can’t see our journey.

We are on an upward curve.

This time next year we’ll be playing Manure or Liverpool on 1/1/20. We have a heart that Derby, Norwich or Leeds can only dream of.

We aren’t top 6 Prem, but below that it is about belief, commitment and leadership. We rank number 1 in all 3 under our current management team.

I believe 2019 will be a good year - especially if us and him see it through together (sorry Pete!).

Pissed - it’s 015 on New Year’s Day - who isn’t? Probably the best New Year since 72 to be a Blade.

So Magic and Good Night - apparently I have to wash all the glasses!

I think you may have caught something from them, i can not remember the full name but i think the abbreviation is HMSPTL.
You need to get to the Docs quick mate before you become delusional like them.

Without doubt, the last three seasons have been the most enjoyable of my 41 years.

Bassett’s and Warnocks sides were successful (in Blades terms) and they were so committed. But the football that this side play is so good to watch. I simply can’t wait for every game.

The ownership issues should theoretically make things more difficult, as should the fact that financially were so far off the parachute payment brigade. However, the way we play negates a lot of that.

The ethos within the entire club is right. We’re connected again club, team and fans. The owners need to remember this.

Should the 2019 part of this season continue like the 2018 part then I’ll be extremely happy.

I think it's worth noting that the crowd at the lane has responded better to Warnock Bassett type gutsy performances over the last couple of games than three seasons of intelligent football
