I think having banter and taking the Micky is ok. When that turns to accusations of corruption it’s serious. I don’t think it’s acceptable at all and the presenter (Adam Oxley) should have stopped that comment dead in its tracks, for the callers benefit and for Radio Sheffield’s benefit. By allowing it to go unchecked the radio station is complicit in defaming the club and in law that is very serious. And the guy could find himself in trouble.

Look...we are better than Wednesday at football. Let’s leave it at that and leave the stupid insults and defamatory comments to others.

Hilarious that call was Sean...I couldn't believe he didn't even try and disguise his voice.

Not heard Jason in a while but I can assure you he is a genuine Blade. Posted on here as Gibralter Blade. Good value, didn't always agree with him but never doubted his love for the club. Hope he's ok as he has just disappeared.

Hmmm, if my memory serves me right, I remember listening to PoG on the way back from matches with my old man, I'd have been 12-16 years old at the time, so 1997 to 2001 and he was calling in around that time. I only remember him because he was the only one who seemed half normal and always ended on a COYRAWW at the top of his voice.

This isn’t the same well run club , who in 2010 where taken to court by HMRC , for unpaid taxes of 1.1 million pounds , who at the time owed ( doesn’t every club ) £27 million pounds ,
Over 23 million pounds to the Co Op bank , who had recently paid over a million in unpaid taxes on behalf of them (pigs )
Good job then the CoOp bank let all those debts go for nothing
Now if only I could get a “pig” shirt with Sheffield children’s hospital on it so I knew all those taxes and NI where going to pay for services for sick children.
