Who do you think was most at fault today?

Hendo just cocked up the pass, shit happens though and he's well in credit as he's kept us in so many games as well as a few good saves this game too. Top lad and wouldn't want this to hit his confidence as he's probably one of if not the best keeper in the league and is going places. Clever move by him to make a cock up to bring his price down so we can afford him on a permanent...

Does it really matter? We lost a game where we probably should have gotten a point. We've played worse and picked up points already so I'm not overly concerned.

It's a frustrating result and we should have scored at least once however pinning the blame on Henderson / Egan for the result is not the way to go IMO.

It was a poor back pass from Egan but Hendo had plenty of time to put his foot through it.

Only one person 100% to blame and it was Henderson.

Henderson, no doubt about it. Yes the pass back from Egan wasn't great but Dean had an age to pick a spot and put his foot through it. Worst case he should at least have passed it back out harder than he did.

Shame, because a point today would have been quite satisfactory.

At the end of the day though he has already saved us loads of points so I will learn to love him again. He's also the best keeper we have had in a very long time.

Henderson.

To balance it out he’s saved us about six or seven points already this season so he gets that one today.

However if you are making a a lot of noise on social media you can’t be doing that sort of thing more than about once a season.

Yes Hendo dropped a bollock today , Egan’s pass wasn’t very good but should have just put in out but hindsight a wonderful thing .. but the lads probably won us 8 additional points with some of his saves this season to date so don’t be too hard on the lad .. he’ll learn from it ..also pulled off a great save first half from their CH which stopped us going behind at that point in the game

I'm off to Porktalk to cheer myself up.

Blame/fault money, probably the same over there

At least we got to see some decent footie today though.

Get off Henderson’s back, best keeper since Kelly. Everyone makes mistakes and this mistake has already been cancelled out by the many many points he has gained us this season

Why do you need to pin the blame on anyone at all?

Will it help you to sleep better? In that case it was a dirty Leeds player for being on the same pitch as our beloved blameless Blades.

FFS.

Not voting on this. We win as a team and lose as a team.

Players will make critical mistakes from time to time. What we have to do is actually make our dominance count in those types of games and convert good chances/situations.

We lost the game because we failed to score in a tight game again.

Egan was a little at fault with a slightly miss placed back pass
but the main culprit was Henderson, 99 times out of 100 a goalie would deal with it.

Except you did. Your thread is titled "Who was to blame"?

FFS, sweetheart, big man are you?

No not a big man just sick of people getting abuse on here or sarcasm for genuine posts. Yes my thread is titled who was to blame. At what point does it say I think x y or z was to blame. It was a genuine poll to gauge peoples opinions. Sorry snowflake if I upset you.

Oh snowflake now. Give it up, you had your say I had mine, I really don't care, if you want the last word you have it, it is the internet who cares.

Has to go down as Henderson's fault that one I'm afraid, it was a bad backpass but he should have let it go for a corner.

If Leeds scored from the corner then it's Egan's fault, if they didn't then there's no issue and it's all forgotten about

The problem is we play it back a lot to the keeper and on a few occasions he’ll try and play it out of defence, so they put a very quick player on to press the keeper into a mistake..

The way we play this will happen again, sometimes you just put your foot through it.. he’ll learn from this.

Mistakes are part and parcel of life. The important thing is what you do about it.
I believe Henderson will have learnt from this and will come back stronger as a result.
