Mr Bloom has been at another one of our games tonight. I have to agree with him about McGoldrick, when he goes off we seem to lose a bit of composure on the ball and panic defending sets in. He's key to the way we play in my opinion, and I can't believe some of the criticism he's been getting from some on here.

Love watching this guys reviews and I would recommend everyone on here to subscribe to his channel. Knowledgeable, objective and with a great screen presence; he could easily pundit professionally in my opinion. I know that he already makes occasional appearances on 5live so has probably done other stuff elsewhere too.

He also speaks very highly of how we play and clearly rates Wilder for the job he is doing.

Frankly, he is the only reason I want Ipswich to stay up because I will miss his output should they go down, assuming he concentrates on league 1.

You can tell he is or is at least using us as a distraction from how poorly Ipswich are doing at the moment.

I like watching his videos. I know people knock him for going too slowly on his videos but that is due to him glancing at his notes every few seconds.

McG and Duffy are both key to how we play. Both move into space, pull players out of position and have the ability to go past players.

I think if Clarke was well, or Sharp wasn't rested he'd have put McG into Duffy's position again.

That aimed at my thread? I was merely pointing out he's not a striker, despite being played in a strikers position.

Also amazed that after one stinker people were down on Norwood – some absolutely ridiculous comments on his overall contribution so far, a hyperbole-fest. Nice to get a neutral like Bloom reminding us that he’s one of the best buys of the summer.

His contribution is such that I can overlook the fact that he has a song to the tune of Glad All Over, which is no small thing after Wembley 1997.
