So who should come in against Brentford?

Baldock has to start, no doubt about it....Freeman has been shocking, let Grabban walk past him at Forest for their goal, spent most of his time on his arse v the Pigs and was the worst player by a long chalk against Rovrum....he looks half asleep most of the time!

Duffy is undroppable at the moment, ran the Pigs ragged and was our only real bright spark on Saturday.....Fleck was quiet but again, can't see him being dropped, therefore the only one that could make way for Coutts would be Ollie, but I don't think he will drop him, so no changes to the midfield 3 for me.

Really hope Egan isn't injured because Stears fills me with the jitters!

Up top CW has been banging on about Washington for a couple of weeks so I could see him starting alongside Sharp.

I think the only way we will see fundamental changes is if we changed our system to a 4-4-2, which we don't seem capable of doing..........

We know Baldock and Coutts are very capable, but are we wanting Washington just for the sake of making a change?

Coutts.
Knows when to hold it, when to move it quick, when to run with it.
Something which we lacked massively yesterday

You gotta know when to hold it
Know when to move it quick
Know when to stroll with it and
Know when to run

You never count your three points
when the ref's not blown his whistle
There'll be time enough for countin
When the game's all done

Freeman was blowing from about 5 minutes in and looked out of sorts. Baldock coming in is a near cert I reckon. I wouldn't expect too many changes beyond that, however having listened to Chris' interview I wouldn't be surprised if Washington popped up, he made a point of saying that he was 'certainly pushing'. His pace gives us something different up top so it would be interesting to see him get a run.

Henderson
Baldock
Stevens
Basham
O’Connell
Egan
Duffy
Fleck
Coutts
Clarke
Washington (rest Billy for Saturday)

It's not bad mate, but a few changes would make it a chart topper for sure, how about........

You gotta know when to hold it
Know when to move it quick
Know when to stroll with it and
Know when to make a pass, stick

There'll be time enough for countin
When the fields are full of thistle

Not sure about the thistle part, but you get my drift.

I’d bring coutts n baldock in for fleck n freeman nowt drastically maybe Washington aswell

From Wilder’s interview I’d say Baldock will definitely be in, and possibly one of Johnson and Washington. Johnson he singled out for defence in the error-strewn run-up to the equaliser Saturday, and while he mentioned various players that are pushing for starts he said Washington is “really pushing”. Also mentioned that he had someone watching the Liverpool U23s and that Woodburn was excellent in that, so perhaps he’ll be back in. Thought he significantly down-played the possibility of Coutts starting.

Didn't Johnson used to be a striker?

What about this:

Henderson
Basham - Egan - O'Connell
Baldock - Norwood - Fleck - Stevens
Duffy
Johnson - McGoldrick

Play the same team, win, a return to our free flowing football and everyone on here saying what quality we are and we are over our blip and everyone saying Norwood is the signing of the season?

The under 21's after that embarrassing excuse on Saturday.
