Big long interview/article about him in The Times today.

Jose played more games for us than he has for every other club he's been at combined. We barely get a mention (except the sacking) in the entire article!

Gregor Robertson, who wrote the article even asks the question "Why, given his transgressions, does he think both clubs afforded him a second chance?" while talking about Oldham (!) and Everton. Just the two clubs that gave him a second chance then is it Gregor? Tosser.

Jose hardly seems keen to relive those days either: "Everton is an unbelievable club, I can’t speak highly enough of the people there. And I had a special bond with the fans here [at Oldham] first time around. I think I played my best football here. It just works being back here again".

TBF to Jose he does sound like he's grown up a bit, and now admits his mistakes. Still riles a little bit reading that article, it reads like we've been entirely erased from his career.

Drugs cheat who clearly doesn't appreciate the second chance we gave him then.

The ungrateful spade faced scouse twat can fuck off.

To say he's a drugs cheat suggests the drugs were performance enhancing, which they weren't.
It could be that he lack willpower or was addicted. Alternatively, we can assume the worst; that he's ungrateful twat and hates United...

Not gonna read the article, I am with you on this and to ignore his spell with us and what happened with him and the repeated chances is a joke really. I don't problem with him that said but his career is a lesson to all promising footballers that no matter how talented you are it matters not if you don't live like a professional should.

I see he's on the bench for Oldham too, but maybe that's because he's working his way back I don't know.

I'll finish with, his song was better than the player!

Apologies for being slow, but where is Tyler?

He had so much work to do on here, calling everyone a twat, that he just got a bit tired. I think Foxy / Linz recognised that and suggest he take a little restie -poo.

I think he's on a long holiday now.

If in time we ever forget about how we were in the 3rd division for six years straight, keeping faith with the likes of Baxter despite his total lack of respect for himself and SUFC will rank highly in the reasons why.

I'm personally glad he doesn't mention us, he's someone we can leave behind as a bad memory.

Spot on. I don't want SUFC to be mentioned in any article with this loser. Wasn't he claiming that he had had his drink spiked at the first FA hearing where the club backed him, and then as a way of thanking United he did it again and got caught again. Thanks c*nt face.

Bad times indeed for the club when we had to rely on the likes of him. Fuk him.

There was a talented player in Baxter somewhere and on rare occasions he showed it for us. Mind you it wasn’t difficult to look impressive for us back then given how poor the squad was but I think he was our most technically gifted player back then when he could be arsed.

As others have said though his ill-discipline on and off the pitch has let him down. Strangely enough someone like Wilder might have been able to knock him down a peg or too and got him to concentrate on his football.

As for the article I don’t think we should take too much notice. His time at the Blades was probably just as bad for us as it was him. We were shite and he thought he was Howard Marks. Waste of a career though.

Well, the artist formerly known as Tyler Durden got banned, then a remarkably similar character by the name of Bashar al Asaba got banned and that was that.

One too many threads like this got him hot under the collar and he was last seen in a beer garden in a pub in Sheffield with some other characters that post on here.

After this photo was taken other posters registered their surprise at his appearance as he didn’t look nearly as angry as his internet persona(s) made him out to be.

Tyler was Bashar?

Who else knew?

Youre right, looking at his performances the fans needed the drugs to endure them.

There was one night in Peterborough when he had slimmed down and actually looked worthwhile. Though sampling the range of Oakham ales all afternoon may have helped (me not Baxter).

What’s clear to me reflecting on our players then was how dysfunctional and disjointed the whole approach was. Wilder has a plan and there’s no way we would have an attitude like his anywhere near the club. Quite clear that the wilder revolution hits places you forgot about. UTB

That's because he's a pussycat who wouldn't say boo to a goose. He does possess a dislike for the general population of the world, but he's a lovely bloke really.

He won't be back. He can't help himself when it comes to this Internet lark and his ban is thoroughly deserved. He'd admit that himself.

If you care to venture into the Twitter world, there's a video knocking around of me kicking him square in the bollocks after the match on Saturday whilst he was trying to take a photo. That's the last place he was spotted :D

You’ve done something a lot of people would have liked to have done methinks :)
