Derby away - 1pm Kick off?

Apologies if this has already been asked or is common knowledge, but why is this match kicking off at 1pm instead of 3pm? Just got my tickets and was wondering why when i saw the kick off time.

As far as i know it's on police advise, not sure why tho.

I know a couple of hours doesn't make much difference but with 3 matches in 8 days any move up for this match would be a good thing for the players although it probably doesn't help travelling fans with a earlier rise in the morning.

sigh. Makes a difference to me . . . 5 am feels A LOT earlier than 7 am, even if I only have to stagger to the computer to sign on for the commentary.

I thought it was because the pigs were playing Forest on the same day and the police don't want any trouble on the train coming back.

There was a fair bit of trouble outside the ground at Derby last year, and with Forest being at Hillsbrough the police will be trying to kill 2 birds with 1 stone so to speak.

There wasn't, i walked through more or less after the match and there was no trouble there. I then went and had a 2 or 3 pints in the Brunswick the other side of the train station and then went back to the station to get a train back to Sheffield and no trouble had kicked off

Apart from that it was a good reunion for 2/3 of the BMX Bandits

Say the journey plus time to get to the train station consist of 1 and a half hours..... I think there is more chance of a ruck with an earlier kick off.
