In the entire history of television football coverage , has there ever been a programme as jaw droppingly inept and amateurish as this one ?

The fact that they tell you the outcome of the games before they even show them almost pales into insignificance compared to the standard of presentation which follows .

To make matters even worse , one of tonight's 'experts ' was the poisoned dwarf that is Lee Hendrie who , even more annoyingly , hardly looked a day older than when he was stealing wages from us .

Such a shame that we now have to put up with this , as opposed to last years Channel 5 coverage which , by and large was excellent and included a big love in for the Blades .

Channel 5's coverage is now on Quest, they didn't and don't do midweek ones though as far as I know. Same show though, Colin Murray and so far Ian Holloway is the pundit, studio is smaller though because Caroline has been axed so they don't need the TV nook.

Highlights were on Quest tonight at 10.30.

Colin Murray with Matty Taylor and Curtis Davies.

Was on for over an hour too. Can't fault it so far.

Apart from all he does is wax lyrical about how badly done to QPR are, and they're easily the best team in the championship and infact the universe!!
He'd make a great Wendy fan!

I watched the Quest highlights last nite,more than i ever remember Ch5 doing.

Colin Murray is a great presenter,he is a natural.

Quest seems basically seems the same one crew and format Ch5 had without the annoying woman. Note to ISJS and anybody else who might have missed it that Quest now have an HD channel on Sky 144.

You all know that Quest is actually a Ch5 subsidiary chanel. They’ve just moved the show over to it so they can add more content.

Don't think that's quite true, Quest is owned by Diacovery and Channel 5 is owned by Viacom
