Do you slag him off because for a £50k fee and his reported wages he should be better or because we are the mighty Sheffield United and Leon Clarke is beneath us?

If it’s the former then give me a suggestion for a £ for £ replacement.

He's just desperate to score a goal and then he will be flying again.

If we possessed a player, who over the last few seasons was better than Leon and weren’t playing him I’d be pissed off with the poor performances he’s produced from time to time. We haven’t and we are “shopping at Aldi” to quote our manager.

We haven’t paid much for him and I doubt he’s on a fortune. Much more expensive players have performed worse over the last few seasons for us and other clubs so I find the the ire for Clarke difficult to accept.
