Duffy, Sharp and Wilder

I posted this in the Sharp rumour thread but may not get seen or discussed in there so thought i'd give it a thread.

Both Mrs Sharp and Mrs Duffy have been on twitter bitching about them not playing. If I was Sharp and Duffy, i'd get them to rein it in, however, what it does suggest is a falling out maybe?

I am baffled as to why Sharp didn't get on the pitch last night and also why Duffy got so little game time over the 2 games. Something must have gone off.

Anyway, here are the tweets:

Absolutely must have otherwise why is he so loath to play them? Obviously if something's happened (emphasis on the if) I don't know what it is, but it's got to be the manager who swallows his pride and plays them if they're our better players.

coolhandluke made reference on another thread to a bust up between Wilder and Duffy in Portugal and that they are barely on speaking terms now.

Took it with a pinch of salt but not so sure now.

My only conclusion is he see Duffy can cause more danger as an impact sub (pretty pointless when you're 3-0 down admittedly). Sharp baffles me a little but maybe Wilder feels he's reached his peak. (I did hear a whisper Sharp was off to Bradford)

They’re both supporting their other half’s with their own opinions on a public forum. More so, on the basis of the last two performances, they’re both correct, Duffy and Sharp should start on Saturday.

I wouldn't want my Mrs slagging off my employer on social media. And I would tell her to remove those tweets if she did. If indeed they have fallen out, i'm sure Duffy and Sharp are trying to knuckle down and prove their worth, they don't need their wives publicly slagging the decision.

I agree with both though. Duffy and Woodburn were the best 2 players for us last night. Sharp is a much better option than Leon Clarke.

Oh, and Clarke has never been a captain.
