Just in case anyone is still unsure. If you have a normal Sky Sports TV package press the red button and wait a few seconds.
Even if there doesn't appear to be a red button option on screen, press it anyway.
You can then select the Blades match.
The coverage doesn't start until 7.30 but you can press the red button now and slect the Blades game. You'll get a blank page ready for loading at 7.30 (or just go back at 7.30)

Quality is fucking wank. You’ll get a headache after 5 minutes. If it’s an option I’d move to the laptop or tablet.
Edit: nope not an option. Maybe plug your old 21 inch CRT into the sky box instead.
