Forums really are a scary place after a loss, after 1 game...

Been some crazy slating of players that I've seen already.

Yeah okay I agree in part that players such as Stevens, Evans and maybe Bash/Egan weren't amazing yesterday but certainly nothing to warrant slaughtering them. My honest opinion of the game after watching it on sky was a dull 1st half with not many chance either way. Nice first goal for us, then we dropped off and they really went for on the counter. McBurnie, Carroll and most significantly Montero cut us apart with pace while we were committed forward. A little worrying how exposed we were, but these are still top players, regardless whether people think they will do as well as Stoke/WBA or not.

Reckon they will go well and we won't face many similar teams that can do that to us on the break.

But yeah it's been one game people and a tough start, still hopeful of getting another decent striker in which should give us more options and I for one cannot wait for the return of Coutts which hopefully only just over a month away.

Stay calm, Chris has proved over the last 2 years that he actually has a bit of a clue what he's doing, bar the odd human mistake!

fair points but it’s been going on a while now with the usual suspects week in week out and nothing is getting done about it .. people (self included) thought a break might solve it but it hasn’t gone away..hence the panic

It's been embarrassing.

And disrespectful to Swansea to say all the blame lay with our players and managers ineptitude.

Youve pretty much said the same as everyone else in regards how the game played out ,so why are they overreacting and youre the voice of reason ?

There is a huge overreaction to the apparent overreaction.

All I see is comments regarding the game, a game in which we simply weren’t good enough, which funnily enough is exactly what you’ve pointed out.
Stop over reacting ;)

My outrage has now reached totally outrageous proportions - I’m as outraged as a splendidly gay unicorn who’s particularly outraged.

I agree, we were poor yesterday and I personally feel that a couple of players out there will never be good enough, BUT 2 years ago we were bottom of the league after the first few games and ended up as clear Champions with 100 points. Who’d back against WBA doing well and they have a shocker yesterday against one the relegation favourites.

Wilder will know what’s needed more than anybody, just as long as he’s allowed to do what he needs to do over the coming few weeks he should learn from yesterday.

If we got rid of Wilder, we’d go down. Same downward spiral as after Warnock.
