My bets always go the opposite way so i'm putting a bet on Wednesday to win it and another for getting promoted

Middlesbrough for autos.
Us around 10th again.
Birmingham surprise package.

Not saying they'll go up but I can see Wigan being the surprise play-off challengers, like we were. Really rate Paul Cook as a manager.

What would Brentford 'each way' mean in this context?

I'm used to betting on horse racing...

He’s very good.

I’m betting most S2 caps will be doffed towards West Brom, Brentford and a few other clubs. I’ll have a few quid on some Junior Computer Manager tyro knowing who will ‘piss the league’ before a ball is kicked.

My money is on the mighty Brentford, but West Brom look very strong and there a few other clubs we should be really wary of.

Really wary!

Safest bet: Stoke. Munneh + manager = many millions + Gary Rowett = top 6 surely.

Boro also a safe bet with Pulis but won't be spending as much. No reason to think West Brom won't be up there too.

After those 3 it's very open I think.

Preston will do well again. They won't lose anybody and generally recruit smartly, so should only get stronger.

Sheffield United will do well too if they keep Fleck and strengthen their starting 11 in 2 or 3 positions.

My money won't be going anywhere until the day before the season starts and everyone's done their business for the summer with the transfer window shutting the day before now.

Safe each way bet would probably be Boro with an outside chance of Brentford if Smith stays.

It appears that this particular bookie has us finishing between 6th-8th. I'm surprised at that, and to be honest I think I'd take it right now. Does anyone think they have mixed us up with SWFC ?

I'd steer clear of Boro while Pulis is in charge; he's no idea how to set up a side to win. Their record against the top 6 last season was decidedly average.

If pushed, I'd go with Stoke. However, they were a shambles last season so Rowett has a major rebuilding job on. West Brom should do OK but Moore is a gamble while Swansea's squad isn't good and they'll lose any talent they do have.

Interesting to see what Ipswich do with the new trainer from Shrewsbury. He did an excellent job there and a bit like Wilder, he has a plan and buys players to fit into that plan.

All depends on what business gets done by August, but looking at that I think Hull stand out to me as a potential surprise package.

If you do fancy us to do well then don’t take 16/1 on the title with Bet 365.....William Hill are 10/1 for us to get promotion which is miles better value.

Rovrum have got momentum so should be up by Christmas.

I've got £20 on them to lift the world cup!

Reading to go down based on what I saw last season.

Not sure about Brentford tbh. Played some good football last season but small club, limited resources. If they lose key players they could struggle. Punched above their weight at this level imo.

Villa would be my favourites for going up.

Stoke. Billionaire owners and Rowett in charge.

I think all the three coming down will put a challenge in, none of them will be a Sunderland.

Stoke or WBA should contest autos, Swansea and Boro two of the play off places, but two places up for grabs.
