Attacking Midfielder, just returned to Chelsea from Huddersfield. Likely to be loaned out again, might be a decent option for us.

Think I read Wolves were interested in taking him for the rest of the season.

Shame, he'd get more game time with us.

Izzy Brown is another we should keep an eye on imo. On loan at Brighton, but only made a handful of appearances.

Wolves buying a forward from Valencia. Can't see Palmer going there now, when you consider who else they have in the squad.

Didn't he go back to Chelsea due to injury problems?

Saw Izzy a few times at Rotherham last season. Bit of a headless chicken if you ask me, but to be fair the side he was in was gash!

errr... How about Carlton Palmer? Played for a Massive club and has international experience.

I don’t know much about him when he was at derby but I do know when I watched the 2nd leg of the play offs he was the only Derby player to show fight when he came on

Would be very happy with this signing. Very tidy midfield playmaker with an abundance of energy.

It would only be a loan though, Chelsea will keep him as it's another they could add to the 'Home Grown' list at some point in the future if they needed to.

Genuine competition for Duffy - and I think Palmer would offer something different as he will go beyond the strikers into dangerous positions, something we don't really have at the moment.

He's a skillful, natural ball carrier who's exciting to watch.

If we have a decent relationship with Chelsea it could be very fruitful because they also have plenty of other players who'd be good loan signings.

Have Norwich got any links with Chelsea? Geographically it would be closer, but the Blackman factor could swing it for us - taking them both on season long loans would be an exceptional start to the summer.

Would be good for us. I remember him at Huddersfield and was a direct runner but mainly from central.

Have to admit love this time of season where linked to 100 players.

Kasey Palmer would be a great name for a 1980s goalkeeper. I hear it translates into Latin American Spanish as 'Diego Maradona'.

If we're milking our relationship with Chelsea we could do worse than Jay Dasilva. Still very young but always looked a decent talent at left-back/wingback when I've seen him and I know someone linked with the England Youth set up who really rates him. He's probably ready for a step up to Championship level as well.

Getting about 3 players on loan from Chelsea would probably suit everybody. It would help them all settle. Blackman, Dasilva and Palmer for example would be a good bit of business.

Not sure if Wilders honesty will work for or against us. As he correctly won't just agree to playing loan players regardless of how they performed

Jamal fought for his place and that must surely be key for player and Chelsea and stands us in good stead in that relationship

CCV got dropped which I guess wouldn't have gone well - but we were honest with spurs and let him go back when it wasn't working out.

Hopefully that kind of honestly and concern for the player development will put us in pole position - compared to say highly rated marcus Edwards who played about 12 minutes from January for Norwich.

I think it will aid a player better with Wilder's approach, as opposed to the Grujic scenario at Cardiff. If a player knows he is going to be playing every week, are they really going to be pushing them self to play their best every game, to get into next weeks team?

My Udders supporting pal reckons he’s a good player, they missed him due to injury towards the end of their promotion season, but as we all know, it didn’t matter!!
