It seems as though they have figured out a way to detect VPN's

No problem in Lincolnshire - or there wouldn't be if we actually had the internet here... :(

It's not that they can detect vpns it's the major vpns such as PrivateInternetAccess that can have their ups found easily so ifollow just block them. The more unknown vpns won't suffer the same fate.

Basically the more well known your vpn the more issues you'll have. Those using PIA will definitely have issues.

Me neither, i'll buy for the games that i am able to watch only
Likewise.

We'll get about 10 games on tv. They'll be a few I can't catch due to travel or night matches in winter (+3 time difference), and I'll see around 5 in person.

Biggest frustration is that whilst i try to watch on iFollow, i end up watching on Facebook so that i can also listen to the commentary through the app as stupidly they blocked you from listening on one device and watching on another

And like you say, in terms of value, its crap when you can't watch when its on TV.

Many of the restrictions they've put on through the season weren't clear in June/ July when they launched the service.

This is not true. They made it very clear what games could and could not be watched.

Surely before they can block a VPN they need to know every device on the VPN otherwise they could be blocking other devices on the VPN which are not using ifollow bearing in mind many VPNs will running devices in different locations?

It was fine here on the Costa Blanca. Same can’t be said about United who were awful. Donaldson up front was a joke again. Apart from the scuffed shot by Duffy that produced our goal, we showed no threat at all. We were beaten by a poor side who were better than us today. CW has a lot to sort out in the summer or we will be down near the bottom of the league next season I am afraid.

Where are you on the Costa Blanca?

Not really they can just say they dont support the use of a vpn.

No they didn’t, not in June/ July. There was no mention of games on tv abroad not being included.

There was also no mention of the commentary being cut if you watch the game on a different device

anyone having any issues?

Which website do you need those for by the way.......

It's great, but I do have a big problem with the zooming of the cameramen. When they zoom in on the man on the ball you can't see what's going on in front of him, what runs are being made, and not, who's being marked, tracked, etc. You can't tell if an offside decision was right or not. Who's losing his man on set pieces. Professional broadcasters do not do it this way, so why do the iFollow camera men think it's a great idea? I can only guess the job is done by people who aren't really into football, possibly trained photographers, who ignorantly do their best to get close ups of whoever is on the ball.

Who's O'Connell going to pick out here?

Video with no commentary or commentary with no video simply poor for a paid service .
Especially when compared to other sports.
