Warnock

Exactly, he’s great at getting teams promoted from lower leagues but in the Premiership, he’s been a failure. If Cardiff get promoted, the sensible decision would be to say “thanks Neil, here’s a sackful of cash now on your way we’re hiring a guy who can manage at this level and keep us up” My dad said that when Warnock was here, I didn’t agree with him at the time but, in retrospect, if we’d had the sense to do that we’d possibly still be up there.

He's a classless individual, who might be good at getting teams promoted (and relegated) but to say he's a Blade, or a better manager than Wilder? Nonsense

I agree entirely- the football we’re playing under Wider is way better than Warnocks hoofball - that’s why he’s never cut it at the top level. If (big if) Wilder is given the budget to buy, we’ll be fine when we get promoted.

Come off it pal.... Cardiff were going down when he took over and they will be playing premier league football next year ... wilder couldn't have done that

He is a blade but with the shitty way he was treated by McCabe after giving us premier league football with league 1 backing who can blame him for celebrating when his team gets a result against us

God help us if an opposition manager fist pumps his players and gees up his own fans?!! Heaven forbid!

Whatever next? Cheering when his team score?

Any other manager that did that would be annoying but fair play to them. However, considering Warnock is an ex manager and also a Unitedite, a more considered celebration would have showed more class but he just couldn't help but celebrate with the away fans. I totally get why he did that but I also think he shows himself to be far less of a Unitedite than he ever made out, but I already knew that from his comments about wanting to manager Wednesday - which he would have done had it not been for the toxic reaction from Wednesday fans because he is a Unitedite, as opposed to not wanting to go anywhere near the Wednesday job because he is a Unitedite, and there is a difference.

Just for the sake of clarity:

a) Warnock is Cardiff's manager
b) They got a last gasp draw by the skin of their teeth
c) They are on the verge of automatic promotion
d) The Cardiff fans love him
e) He celebrated the result

FFS get over it, what the fuck do you expect him to do, fucking apologise.

If I was Warnock I wouldn’t have celebrated that point or performance whatsoever, he should be very concerned at why a pub side at this stage of the season made them look like people who’d never played football before. Hooooooof!

He’s a twat who always made everything about him. I never ever warmed to him in his time here and was extremely happy he was binned. He spent a lot of money to get us promoted and believe me we limped over the line when he finally did do it.

The premiership season away from home was a joke he was completely clueless and basically tried to set up to not get beat. I am not going to get into his recruitment. I can’t stand the bloke never have and never will.

Going down in October? Okay.

As many have said, you can't begrudge him celebrating the goal and celebrating the point. That's natural and I think it would have been incredibly hard for anyone to restrain those emotions.

However, he milked it in front of the away support for more than felt right for someone who claims to be a Blade. It was a point... a point... it wasn't promotion, it was a last gasp lucky equaliser in a match he'd been tactically bettered.

The thing with Warnock is that he'll always do what will ingratiate him to his current club's supporters. He went to Leeds; best fans ever. Palace fans? Best ever. Cardiff bringing 1000 tonight? I'm sure they were the best ever too. For all the dislike he professed to have for Wednesday when he was our manager, he'd manage them in an absolute instant.

Fuck Colin. Fuck his fake Bladey Bladeness. Fuck his ridiculous yabbering in the 4th official's ear. Fuck his lack of humility, lack of class and lack of eyebrows.

Absolutely incredible manager though.

FFS!?!? Wait a second no ones complaining about him celebrating. Just feel he was a bit OTT for someone who claims to be a Blade.

He's a dick and I find his whole schtick annoying. I always have done.

This Cardiff team is a Warnock fever dream. Giants, 2 players with huge long throws, good keeper, a player with a potential bit of magic (Hoilett), a player everyone hates. They were delaying goal kicks after 3 minutes today.

The celebrating tonight was classic Warnock. Managed to make the whole thing about him.

They are going to finish a long way ahead of us but I enjoy our football over their long ball stuff. He gave us some great times but I'm glad it's CW now

He’s never been a blade and never will be! I don’t give two shits about him celebrating he can do what wants he is a manager of an opposition team and that’s it. I was ecstatic when he left and I can only home it was true about Sean Bean going in on him.

We had 2 good seasons out of 8 with Warnock and one of them ended in failure because again he was shown up tactically. He served up some real dross at times and like I said even in the promotions season it was out great start and Leeds capitulation that saw us over the line.

I hate it every time he mentions us as being a fan I dont want him to in any way represent my club. He is no Chris Wilder and never will be.

Ffs when will people realise Warnock isn't anything like the big Blade he and some fans make out. 2 hours in a room at Victoria Quays a few years after he left us confirmed he's no proper Blade.

I don't have a problem with him celebrating the goal although I did think his slow fist pump to the Cardiff fans in front of the South Stand and then turn to clap us was laughable.

It was encouraging just to see a handful of silly old sods clap him back, whilst most thankfully gave him and Blackwell the abuse the prehistoric cunts deserve.

So, if you're an ex-Blade, player or manager, you can only celebrate in a certain way that doesn't offend the sensitivities of some of our fans. Let me see, polite language, a five second limit on fist pumping and definitely no applauding your own fans. Who's going to write the rule book?

It seems that the only person who has moved on from the Warnock era is Warnock himself, unlike some of our fans who cannot and are still obsessed with him.

In spite of what I have written before I was amongst those giving Warnock abuse. Why? Because he was the opposing manager getting involved in theatrics and getting on my fucking nerves. Got the same as I would give any opponent but not because he's an ex-Blade blah blah blah.

I'm not his biggest fan, but I'd give him more than that. We were a decent force between 02/03 and 06/07.

Warnock is a quality manager and I'll never take that away from him. I also really like him because ultimately he did wonders for us in my view. Yes he has his limitations and he also made mistakes but overall he did very well. However all you have said above is true and its why he will always divide opinion, even at United when he should have always had total support as a Blade but in fact he could never get why he could never unite our fan base behind him (he used to say amazingly it was because he was a Unitedite) and actually did what Adkins did and publicly criticised the fans as fickle, scoffing and saying "they'll be wanting me out next week" - that's on the Warnock documentary I seem to recall, which is on you tube.

Pommpey is spot on. Celebrate the goal and the result but going on and on like that after the final whistle on the ground of the team he purports to support shows what a prick he really is...f him

They were lucky to get a draw and the relief for them to keep the unbeaten run going and the push for automatic promotion was clearly evident...in the end he is a blade, but his priority is managing Cardiff City. He will have been mightily relieved and understandably ecstatic at that late equaliser. He's got one foot in the Premier League.

He did what he always does, play the Panto Villain to perfection. We always knew he was going to prowl the touchline with his Waterboy, Blackwell, in attendance.

His team got an undeserved point last night, let him celebrate it. Lets see how hard he celebrates when Mourinho and Guardiola are handing his arse to him next year.
