Personally I think Cardiff And Bristol will be hard pushed to stay top 6 but that said I worry if we have enough goals in the side to make top 6 but let’s hope we have

almost glad we’ve gone under the radar recently.. now all the speculation is about the Fulham lads and Aiden Flint (Bristol)

I worry that our season will implode in the space of 10 days...pessimism,been a Blade too long I guess! Maybe this bunch of players is different and tbh, it would be a real shame if our season fizzled out to nothing..I can see Fulham getting second spot, good side...going to watch them at their place, hope they have an off day!
It's funny isn't it because if we pinch ourselves and think of what the club, driven by the great man, have achieved in the last year we'd be so happily content. But we are in the play off mix and I am at least, nervous about reaching the play offs and hoping we have something to play for until the end of the season.

If you'd asked me in January I was happy being safe at the 40 game mark, now I'm hoping we get that 6th spot, strange how expectation changes !

We need to make Tuesday one hell of an atmosphere, don't know about anyone else, but for me it's the biggest game of the season, then the Leeds game will be the next 6 pointer !!

Yep Bristol and Cardiff are the two I hope tailor off, but both have good enthusiastic managers. I reckon we'll need 10 more wins to secure a place. It's a very tough league this year according to the pigs !

Some very tough games coming up too, the next few will probably decide if we make the play-offs or miss out.

tbh I think Fulham will likely win the play-offs even if we did manage to get a place, they look very strong.

Next 3 games are season defining for us ! I'm as excitiedly anxious about the Villa game as I was for the pigs.
No. April will determine if we make the playoffs. We'll still be in top 8 come the last 7 games.

Think the first half of the season wasn't very tough for us really. Many of the 'fancied' sides only woke up from November. Derby, Villa, Norwich and Fulham were all below 10th at one point. The class is starting to show now though. Derby, villa and Fulham look nailed on top 6 at least. Any of them capable of snatching second spot. It's between us, Bristol, Brentford, Norwich and Cardiff for the last 2 spots. Couple of defeats could even see us drop out of top ten. But let's face it, we'd have taken it all if knew the story in August. Just a shame Tufty won't be backed to significantly push us into the top 6. The board are content with having an outside chance. Almost like they are scared of receiving £180 million promotion money.

There's always a possibility of this. Let's be honest, we're punching well above our weight and doing far much better than any of us ever expected. We've rode our luck at times, relying on own goals, fluky goals and dubious penalties, you'd think our luck will have to change soon. The Villa game on Tuesday is massive. If ever there was a game for for cheating in or being lucky then this is it. Must win at all costs

I genuinely can't tell if that's supposed to be a wind up or serious. We are right where we deserve to be on merit. We've only had 1 penalty in the league haven't we?

rode our luck?? what luck?? we haven't had any.. against Bristol we hit the woodwork about four times.. we've had our best player carted off after a fluke accident.. we've been the best team in every game bar three..how many pens have we had. i can remember one.. every game we have there are people on here going 'ooh got to win this this one is massive' and if we don't win it's 'that's it naar'
'every' game is massive in the championship.. it is a really tight league.. you can go from bottom to top in ten games if you get on a hot streak

Why would he go there? More chance of him being in the PL next season if he stays at Fulham tbh. If he does move it'll be to one of the big boys.

Was just going to say that, no chance is Sessegnon going to West Brom.

There is talk of Man U, Spurs and PSG being linked to him.

Just watched Highlights Barnsley’s goal should have been disallowed and Fulham’s first shouldn’t have counted as the dive by Piazon in the build up was embarrassing and should have been a free kick to Barnsley and a booking

It's almost like our owner spunked millions of his own money trying to get promoted to no avail and neither he nor the co owner want to risk losing that kind of money again.

Its Bristol City not Bristol. Unless we are happy being called Sheffield.

I told you what luck, did you not see that?

Bacon.

Also bacon.

All I'm saying is that we've rode our luck a bit more than we've had decisions and fortunes in our favour. Still, it takes all sorts to win games, long may it continue
