It happened after my uncle died and an autopsy was done.its a condition called Anderson fabry and can be a killer sadly it's been passed on.

I have something called membranous glomerulonephritis, which I can neither spell without Google or get serviced at home by a nurse.

If your nurse is willing then I am all up for home treatment.. (non match days Obvs)

As it happens I know what sphingosine is and I know what lipids are but sadly I can't help you.

I do believe sensible oinkers should be allowed to grunt on on here (in a limited capacity), obviously everything they say will be bollocks but that's free speech for you.
