QPR have gone 83 years (!!!!) without winning at Forest. Since getting the Preston monkey off our backs a few years ago, whats ours now? Arsenal maybe?

Arsenal is 46 years, Man U 44 years. Not sure if they are longest.

We've beaten Arsenal at home as well - Carl Veart in the cup. I meant away.

We'd have drawn with them the other year if Memphis "Bronze medal at the olympics" hadn't dived in front of a packed Stretford End on the 93rd minute.
That still wouldn’t have been a win! Last win at Old Trafford was 1973.

Was that Hammond’s most visible contribution in a Blades shirt? That was a penalty all day long.

As was the foul on Shelton in our last league visit. That would’ve been a draw.

It wasn't. I've got a whole TED style monologue about it. Maybe we'll bump into one another in a pub sometime and I'll dribble it into your ear.

Studs up in the shin. If the referee made an error it’s that he didn’t send Hammond off.

The longest run in terms of league games is I think Bristol Rovers. We haven't won an away league game against them, having played them 12 times. We have of course beaten them in the Cup away.

From memory, the only other team who we haven't beaten away in 10 or more league games is Villa. We last won there in the league in 1966. Of course, again, we won there in the Cup recently.

If you are include Cup games our winless away run v Arsenal is now 15 matches.

On the other hand, the longest winless run by another team at the Lane is Portsmouth: 24 league games and 2 cup games. They last won at the Lane in 1955-6.

I was at that game, Bobby Charlton’s last appearance at Old Trafford so we really pissed on their parade. I seem to remember TC scored a good goal. Blades won 2-1

We won there the season after as well when Man Utd were relegated.

Need a certain amount of perspective here. Some clubs avoid playing each other year on year due to being in different divisions.

In our long 128 years we've never won at Fleetwod.

We haven’t won away at the amazingly named Middlesborough Ironopolis in 124 years, we might struggle with a rematch though, as they only lasted 5 years in the Football League.

I was there too. Was it New Year's day? I remember TC seemed full of swagger that day and had a really good game.
That was in the days before fans were kept apart in the ground. I was with my dad and we made the mistake of cheering one of our goals. A bunch of Man U fans started heading towards us but luckily the old Bill stopped them.
Them wer't days!

1 year only in the league: they were in the Northern League the rest of the time.

Great name for a club. Middlesbrough should adopt it.
