Was stunning and got lost in the appreciation of Leon. Yes Leon has been stunning and unplayable but Fleck has become the best midfielder in the division.
If anyone gets the chance to watch the last 25mins of last night's game just check out how many perfect touches little lay off passes movement into space and tackles.
Deserves more praise than he is getting at the moment from the fans.
Management have noticed that is why they have given him that long deal.

All day long.

Their chunky number 8 was very neat and tidy with his passing, but faded away as the game wore on.
Would I take him over our Fleck....no chance. Don’t care that he’s supposedly worth millions, Fleck all day long. And that goes for anybody else in this league, and probably more than half the premier league.

Fleck and Coutts have been as good as any midfield i've seen at United.

I’m just glad that Coutts ability has been brought out and is now seen by every fan of the club after his season under Adkins.
I can’t believe there will be anyone left who can criticise him now.

You'd imagine so on current form. Still, their loss is our gain so i'm not complaining.
Yeah absolutely, I think they'd gain from playing international tournaments, but playing qualifiers, probably not so much in Strachans side as the winning mentality is probably not wanted there

makes you wonder just how sick all the silly Coventry fuck wits feel now :)

I bloody love Fleck, my favourite player for years, but last night I thought Coutts gave a huge MoM performance, bossed it. Won the ball loads, more touches than anyone, was everywhere, ran the show.

I agree, wouldn't swap 'em for anyone. And like with Leon, Lord Wilder taking an inconsistent player & making them believe. It's getting daft this now

Fleck was great for those last twenty like you said, he was everywhere. But for the ninety min, I would have given coutts MOM also. He ran the show, picking the ball up from defence and dictating the play. My player of the season so far. From the first game of the season he has been brilliant.
