True about the cheap free kicks, but he gave a lot out which went unnoticed. For years in League One we wanted some centre backs who dished it out, seems we have quite a few now.

Yep that's true,going back to Cloughs time in charge ! The teams he put out were pussys in Comparison,yet at Burton he's gone Co pletely the other way.
Very strange really as the centre back problems we had in his full season in charge was the m ain reason we didn't go up which also contributed to him getting the sack.

Comments above by spursfans after yesterday, 2007 we had Gary Cahill, then aged 22, CCV at 19 look a good prospect to me. At the time I didn't see Cahill a future international, CCV is younger than Brooks, plenty of time for them both.
