A win for Shred, for Cooperman for all top blades who've left us since we last faced the filth..they'll be there in spirit as always. But...especially for me as I truly loathe the S6 fckrs, love the blades and I hate all the build up this week brings.

Loved standing with ya dad on a match day in the Sportsman. He could dish the banter out big time but he was man enough to take it as well. How many people did he trap in the disabled toilet? He never tired of that one! When he came plastering on our jobs you never got any work done but you didn't care. Happy days I'll never forget

For Malcolm Harrison,Ken yo yo Yeomans, all the blades that are still with us ,and can't attend ,lets give it em...
Nice one pal. My dad would have been out with all Beighton lads today enjoying his sen and getting pissed.

For my great pal Keith Gliniecki, travelled all over the country to watch "The Blades" with him. Miss ya Mucker...

Even though I didn't see him that often,we always had a laugh.....
Last time I saw him was at Shrewsbury, when we lost 2-0 and Brandy got sent off.....win today, and he'll go "visit" Stephen Perry.
I always think of Ken whenever there's a big match, and specially when we got promoted........he was the main topic of conversation when we went out that night....

For all sadly departed Blades and especially Marcus Raynor who I still miss so much. "Let's stick it up the cunts" was his traditional derby day message.

Hope we do em all proud,

well, I don't know the team, just that they are fit to play. So I'm expecting them to start. Just hope neither pull up before the game!

Noz was an old mate of mine too derf. Nice touch fella.
I met Noz when i was 11 and we were in the same class throughout senior school. Played against him for years in Saturday and Sunday football but lost touch after that for a few years. We got together for a few pints in the Queens after finding each other again on Sheffield Forum along with a guy called Bob Moat. Sadly Noz lost his life in a car accident but i'm really glad that through social media i got to see him before the tragic accident. As you know he was a great guy but a real dirty git :) at footie! Send some "pashun" down Noz!
