Really enjoyed seeing the smoke cannister yesterday. It had a highly productive burn and lasted a decent amount of time. I'd love to know where they purchased it.

Generally I prefer signal flares, but they do have the disadvantage of making the user more identifiable.

On the whole, very satisfied. I look forward to seeing plenty more on my travels this season.

In all seriousness, and joking apart, a device like this could cause considerable damage to a community like Sunderland. Possibly as much as £3.42

My in depth pre match architectural assessment of Sunderland (Wetherspoons, Fitzgeralds, Dun Cow, Isis, Harbour View, The Avenue and The Deaf Club) highlighted that any damage to the good community of Sunderland had been delivered a long time ago by the bully boys of either Herman Goering or Margaret Thatcher..

I know we were there from about 1030 but where were the families, the young girls shopping and the people with normal teeth and haircuts? I'm guessing they went with the brewery, the jobs and the Roker roar?

Friendly people, sad place and I was glad to leave on the toy train home..

Apparently the purple smoke caused much confusion in the town centre,as it drifted in. The locals hadn't been able to see anything other than the 'normal' plumes of smoke since the turn of the industrial revolution.
